Shipping your selected item is another part of customer service. We know when you purchase an item you wish it was here NOW. We try to prepare and ship your item just as soon after receiving payment as possible. Right now, we are able to receive payment from and ship to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia.
Monday through friday we are able to ship your item the same or next day. If it is purchased over the weekend, it will usually go out monday, or tuesday at the latest. Shipping, processing, and insurance charges are kept to our actual costs. If you are paying with Paypal, your item will be sent to the address you have on file with Paypal. If you need an exception to this, please email or call.
In the US 48 states, deliveries are by Fedex ground, or USPS prioity mail. Alaska and Hawaii are by USPS Priority Mail. Outside of the US we use Global priority mail for items under $100.00, and Fedex for items over $100.00. Please request rates for 2 day or overnight service. Items mail outside of the US will have the correct forms required with the value stated. You are responsibile for any customs or VAT payment.
A question we frequently get is "Why do you need my telephone number?". The answer is- to give you better service. If your package is shiped Fedex, as many of ours are, Fedex requires a telehone number. Fedex uses the phone number to advise you of a delay or problem with delivery, and make alternate arrangements if necessary. This is much quicker than Fedex contacting us first.
